 _________________________________________________________

I'm the owner of Silent Moment Photography, and currently have a blog to which I post photos and happenings having to do with Silent Moment Photography.
I've been thinking recently about how there are parts of who I am that I do not write about on Silent Moment Photography's blog.

A big part of me is my faith.
I don't mean the sort of 'faith' that only happens on Sunday mornings.
Or the kind of 'faith' that people see when they look at 'Christians' picketing funerals.
I don't mean the kind of 'faith' that has turned my generation off (and unfortunately- rightly so...) from having any faith...

The kind of faith that I want to write about is this...
The faith that I have when my business is doing well
...and the kind of faith that gets me through the hard times.
The faith that I have when I see my family smiling, loving and living happily
...and the faith that reminds me that sad times won't last forever.
The sort of faith I have when my husband is loving life, and when we are loving our marriage.
...and the faith that I have when life get's into one of it's cold and wintery seasons.
The faith that gets me through every day
...whether wonderful or sorrowful.
The faith that I'm going to write about on here is real.
It's good. Sometimes it's full of questions. Sometimes it's full of sorrow, sometimes joy.
It's natural, uncut, raw...
I want to write about my faith. My real, unedited, unphotoshopped faith.

Photography is essentially... writing with light or 'light writing'
Therefore, faith|ography is essentially... writing with faith or 'faith writing'

I invite you to tag along with me through this journey...
Through this 'faith-ography'...
